A new containerized data center solution has been delivered by SHENGLIN to the UAE, providing a compact and highly protected infrastructure for applications requiring secure IT deployment and continuous operation. Designed as a prefabricated data center, the solution integrates IT racks, redundant power, cooling, and monitoring systems within a controlled enclosure, helping simplify deployment while maintaining stable operating conditions.

Project Features

The container data center is equipped with eight 42U cabinets featuring IP55 protection, providing an enclosed and secure environment for critical IT equipment. The 2N power architecture adds a redundant power path, while two rack-mounted UPS units with integrated batteries provide up to 20 minutes of backup power, supporting continued operation during short-term power interruptions.

For thermal management, the solution adopts an N+1 wall-mounted cooling configuration. The system is designed without an outdoor condenser, making the cooling arrangement more self-contained and simplifying installation and maintenance. This configuration also provides cooling redundancy for improved operational continuity.

A real-time DCIM monitoring system provides centralized visibility into key operating conditions, including temperature, humidity, smoke, water leakage, power supply, UPS status, and cooling alarms. By bringing these parameters together in one monitoring platform, operators can identify abnormal conditions quickly and respond before they develop into larger operational issues.
